Who we are
This website is run by QQO Pte Ltd, 83B Tanjong Pagar Road, Singapore 088504, trading as Quqo ("Quqo", "we", "us"). This notice explains how we handle personal data when you visit quqo.com, ask for a demo or contact us. We are the controller of that data.
The data we collect
When you ask for a demo: your name, business email, organisation, country, number of clinics, the product you are interested in, and any message you write.
When you email us: your email address and what you write.
When you browse the site: your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit. If you accept analytics, we also record which campaign or page brought you here.
We do not knowingly collect data from children.
How we use your data and why

We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
We use two kinds of cookies and similar browser storage.
Essential: needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off.
Analytics: tell us how visitors find and use the site. Used only if you accept.
We do not use marketing cookies.
You choose when you first visit. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Who we share data with
We share personal data only with providers that help us run this site, under contracts that limit what they can do with it.
Hosting: the site is hosted on Amazon Web Services, which handles every request to the site.
Email and form delivery: the services that deliver demo requests and emails to us.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it. If our business is sold or merged, data may pass to the new owner under the same protections.
International transfers
QQO Pte Ltd is based in Singapore, and our providers may handle data outside the UK. When personal data from the UK or the European Economic Area goes to a country without an adequacy decision, we use approved safeguards: the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep data
We keep demo requests and messages for as long as we need them to answer you and follow up, and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them.
How we protect data
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to enquiries is limited to the people at Quqo who need them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, stop using it where we rely on legitimate interests, or give it to you in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To use a right, email contact@quqo.com. We reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office or to the data protection authority in your own country.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page when the way we handle data on this site changes, and show the date at the top.
